About Us

RTX Fintech & Research was founded in 2023 by swap market professionals to directly address the inefficiencies holding back the electronification of interdealer swap trading.

Our vision is to provide a modern marketplace by offering a platform for electronic and voice-assisted execution of interest rate derivative instruments.

Proprietary technology

The Request for Trade (RFT) protocol is a core platform feature that blends electronic execution’s structure and auditability with the discretion and flexibility of voice trading.

Meaningful cost savings

With commission rates 30%-80% lower than those of traditional voice brokers, we’re introducing a more economical model for interdealer execution.

Significant efficiency gains

Completed trades are automatically reflected in dealers’ internal risk systems, streamlining post-trade efficiency and reducing operational overhead.

Seamless deployment

Our web-based interface is designed for easy integration with existing infrastructure.

Full transparency and insight

We offer real-time trade data to platform participants at no extra cost, improving decision quality.

Client-informed approach

We build on real-time client feedback, delivering new features in weeks, not months.

As a a regulated Swap Execution Facility, we operate under robust U.S. oversight, hold regulatory exemptions in Canada, and maintain a legal presence in Europe. We trade during the following hours: 7:00-17:00 Hrs (New York Time)
